New Business Filing is seeking a go-getter to be a Business Services Specialist, and to become a member of our customer success team. The ideal candidate has impeccable clerical skills, and high-volume project management. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, good communication skills, precise response times, and high-volume data and task management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative support, including customer correspondence, document management, and other department support functions.

Maintain and file all department records according to records management protocols.

Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and co-workers

Ensure CRM data integrity by updating cases, accounts, contacts, and notes after each call and order.

Stay updated on product knowledge and take initiative to expand industry knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma

Computer competency

Good written and verbal communication skills

Desire to learn and grow in your role
